Summer is coming! Here are your "to dos" before you scoot:
EOY Eval Meetings have been scheduled for all of our "on cycle" staff members. Please accept the invitation via Google or deny it and suggest a time if it is not convenient for you.
2022-23 Suggested Supply List changes are due by Monday at 4 p.m. If your grade level team does not request any changes or if there are changes to be made, please let Sara know ASAP as she needs to print them for report card stuffing.
Spring NWEA family reports have been printed and will be stuffed in report card envelopes by office staff.
Classroom supply orders have been sent to you from Sara. Please indicate any necessary changes by June 10th. New teachers to the grade level will receive the same items as current teachers.
Summer Lit and Reading Camp invitations have gone out to our students who demonstrated a high level of unfinished learning both on NWEA math & reading assessments, as well as F&P assessments (K-3). Kristen will share confirmed lists with you on Tuesday. If there is room for any additional students at that time, she will ask for your suggestions and will reach out to families.
Welcome letters are due to the office before you leave for summer break. Please be sure to send a digital copy to Sara, as well as 30 copies.
Please indicate your preferred Nicki folder color ASAP. If not submitted to Sara by June 10th, she will order navy blue for you. Thank you!
Please be sure all of your classroom Chromebooks, chargers and sleeves are checked in on this sheet. Our intervention team will be around to classrooms on Thursday and Friday to officially check them into the system.
Click here to access the checkout sheet. Please pay close attention to the changes to the technology checkout process as it is different.
CONGRATULATIONS to Kim, Randy and Sheli! Enjoy every moment of your retirement. You will deeply missed by all.
Picnic Lunch
We would love to buy all staff members lunch that are planning to enjoy the picnic with our students. If you plan to, please click here to sign up for a delicious, free lunch. Thank you for preparing our meal, Sue and Melissa!
You made an impact on so many lives this school year. You may think that impact happens in big, dramatic moments, but it's often the small moments that students carry in their hearts for decades. The stories we collected and shared with you captured these sweet, small, impactful moments. We hope the weekly stories have affirmed just how much your work matters. As usual, we will be taking the summer months to curate more stories for you.
In the meantime, we'll be releasing a video each week as we unpack the concepts from
Safe, Seen, and Stretched in the Classroom. Each weekly video will also contain questions for reflection and a weekly challenge. This week's video is focused on Chapter One and the keys to consistent impact: attention, intention, and commitment. You can check out the video
here. Feel free to share it with other educators who want to recharge over the summer months.
Thank you again for the many ways you have impacted lives this year!
